General Terms

Terra Nova Travel conducts tourism activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The company operates under a license issued by the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Booking Terms

Advance payment is required to book a tour. Cancellation terms are determined individually for each tour and specified in the contract.

Liability

The company bears full responsibility for fulfilling its obligations. In case of force majeure circumstances, the company is released from liability.
